How to reuse terms in the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Term Store Management Tool

Reusing terms between Term Sets in the SharePoint 2010 Term Store Management Tool can be at first confusing, especially since the icon representing “Reuse” isn’t exactly clear in letting you know whether the term is being reused in another Term Set, or from another Term Set (that’s another discussion entirely).

Since others users like us are going to have the same question, I’ve included below a visual explanation of term reuse in what I hope to be a series of blog post videos about using the Term Store Manager in SharePoint 2010.
