To become even better, our Bellevue, WA, office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Interactive Marketing Division.

Project and Account Competencies

• 5-7 years of project management experience
• 2-3 years of consulting and/or agency experience in a client facing role
• Experience managing projects of approximately 500K or more, and managing an annual revenue stream or project portfolio of 1.5-2M
• Proven track record of managing profitable projects
• Demonstrates examples of long term (2+year) client relationships
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Experience managing an entire project lifecycle from project envisioning through delivery
• Demonstrates examples of repeat business and add-on projects with existing clients
• Familiarity with project budget estimations, proposals, statements of work, and responding to RFIs/RFPs
• Experience managing schedule, scope, budget and resources for multiple simultaneous projects
• Demonstrates understanding of basic project accounting (revenue, budget forecasting, profit)
• Demonstrates ability to assess resources and build the right project teams to solve customers’ business problems and achieve project goals
• Demonstrates ability to successfully lead and motivate teams of up to 15-20 people
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, and groups of distributed stakeholders (by role and/or geography)

Tactical Experience

• 3-5 years experience managing online and interactive properties, working with design, content, and development teams
• Passionate about the Web and Internet paradigms and technologies
• Familiarity with style guides, branding, messaging frameworks
• Familiarity reviewing functional specifications, use cases
• Familiarity with usability analysis and testing paradigms
• Experience with Web analytics and SEO a plus
• Experience managing online and/or offline marketing campaigns a plus
• Experience working with Microsoft a plus
• 4 year degree preferred
