We are currently looking for a Senior CRM Business Analyst/Consultant to help take the lead at our Baltimore, MD location.

What You'll Do:

• Analysis and Solution Definition:
  • Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of the client's organization and industry
  • Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
  • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
  • Formulate solutions that integrate needs from various disciplines into a coherent deliverable with multiple audiences
  • Convey information using proven modeling techniques such as UML
  • Organize and integrate data, ideas and/or concepts into a usable problem-solving system
  • Work with clients to identify key business issues and their priorities

• Technical Recommendation and Testing:
  • Lead functional testing efforts
  • Lead user acceptance testing efforts
  • Lead application training for business users
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Works with client personnel to identify required changes
  • Communicate needed changes to development team

• Project Execution:
  • Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
  • Take input from Project Manager and appropriately and accurately apply comments/feedback
  • Communicate and apply project standards
  • Assist in managing resources in accordance with project schedule
  • Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients
  • Run fiscally successful projects
  • Demonstrate versatility in methodology types, including, but not limited to, Waterfall, RUP, Agile, SCRUM
  • convey a commitment to understanding and doing what is best for the client, employee, and the organization
  • Play a key role in achieving client satisfaction
  • Proactively work with the project manager and the development lead to identify or mitigate risks, and manage scope and budget

• Communication:
  • Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings
  • Deliver informative, well-organized presentations
  • Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
  • Build confidence and inspire support through a clear, well-organized, and convincing presentation, facilitation and proposal style
  • Promote frank and fair discussion of tough issues
  • Maintain timely, responsive and respectful communication with client employees

What Grabs Our Attention:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a customer facing business analyst for a software related consultancy
• Experience working with Enterprise clients
• Experience working with either CRM, ERP or similar product preferred
• Experience with Microsoft CRM
• Experience working within Government or highly political organizations
